Training with kettlebells is a great way to lose fat, gain strength, increase endurance and improve mobility—essentially, a great way to move and feel better and be strong enough to handle whatever your daily life entails. You can look and feel fit with as little as 20 minutes, 3 days a week. Kettlebells are quickly becoming the “latest thing” in the fitness world, leading many to think they are just a fad. They’ve been around for about 300 years, so we are sure they are here to stay!

We offer a variety of training options:

Private one-on-one

Semi-private 

Small groups:

  • Tuesday – Thursday evenings 7:00 p.m.
  • Monday – Thursday 9:30 a.m.
  • Saturday 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

Before we start you on a program, we need to know a little more about you and what your needs are. During this one-on-one consultation, we learn about your health history, if you’ve had any previous injuries, go over any questions you may have and discuss what your goals are. We take measurements, before photos to assess posture and start you off on a basic nutrition program to jump-start your success.

We also take you through the Functional Movement Screen (FMS).  The FMS helps us assess how you move.  We take your scores from the FMS and determine what type of program we should start you in, and what we can do to help you achieve results. We have found that if you score below a 14, or have asymmetries or imbalances, that semi-private group training may be the place to start. We want to spend a few weeks with you to get you ready for our group training classes and put you on a more individualized plan to help you the best results.  It has been proven that by taking your weakest link on the FMS and working on corrective exercises to improve this area, you will spike your metabolism up and BURN FAT FASTER (a great side benefit to moving and feeling better)!
